My weight loss goal for the year requires me to drop almost 15 lbs. This is hard since I'm already at a relatively stable weight. Still, I know dropping the 15 lbs. would get me to an actual healthy weight for my height and all that. So, The Plan:
1. Work out at least 5 days a week--preferably 6. Mix it up with cardio AND strength training.
Secret Weapon: Biggest Loser DVDs and Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred.
2. Continue with the "No Treats" diet and add lots of fruit and veggies at every meal
Secret Weapon: Shop for produce at least once a week so there is ALWAYS an option for a healthy snack.
3. No eating after dinner.
Secret Weapon: The knowledge that this actually works! And trying to avoid the kitchen area after dinner. Being super busy sort of helps.
4. Water. Water. Water.
Secret Weapon: Two water bottles. One is always chilling in the fridge while the other is almost constantly with me.
I weigh in every Thursday morning. Today noted a 0.4 lbs. drop from last week. Small, but its something. Here's hoping to lose the other 0.6 this week and be down a whole pound. How do those Biggest Loser people drop 18 lbs. in a week?! Sheesh...

These are good tips. I'll have to incorporate some (though pregnancy is not a good time to diet or hard core workout...I'll save that for this summer).
For the record--whether you lose 15 pounds or not I think you look great. Seriously, great.
